To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please take note of the following policies:

• Full monthly payment must be made before the first lesson.
   
• A slot is only confirmed upon payment.
   
• Late payments beyond 3 days may result in the slot being released.
   

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
   
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are chargeable unless due to emergencies.
   
• Make-up lessons (if any) must be arranged within the same week and are subject to availability.
   

• Digital worksheets and customised materials will be provided.
   
• Printed copies can be arranged with a small fee if needed.
   
• Parents are welcome to provide their own materials or request that specific resources be purchased at their expense.
   

• Trial lessons do not guarantee a permanent slot.
   
• Regular slots will only be confirmed after full payment.
   
• The tutor may decline continuation after the trial based on availability and suitability.
